Welcome,
Deciding to commit to psychotherapy and finding the right therapist are important personal decisions. Think about what you need and what you would like to get from therapy.
Therapy is a unique service. To be effective, the relationship with your therapist is contingent upon mutual trust. It involves being vulnerable and trusting oneself and the therapist. Successful therapy depends on the training and skill of the therapist and on the communication, trust and professional relationship that is created between the client and therapist.
You must feel safe and understood, and that your therapist is attuned to your feelings. Then the rewards are often more wonderful than you could have imagined. Lives change.
A lot of my work is with individuals, couples and families and I would like to be your partner for personal empowerment. I am a provider for more than a dozen insurance plans and will be applying for more affiliations as the need arises.
Call (814) 297-7079 to inquire about my service or to schedule an introductory appointment. If I am not available, please leave a message or talk with Dr. Don Morgan, Positivity Coach and Organizational Consultant, who is also my office assistant.
